IBE® is a method of installing hand-tied hair. Hand-tied hair extensions are wefts of hair tied to a string by a human instead of a machine. This prevents bulkiness at the scalp to ensure that your hair lays flat against your head with the ultimate flexibility. A weft is the type of hair extension, just like tape-ins or keratin bonds. This foundation is created by weaving string and attaching beads which make the “track.” Multiple hair wefts create the rows which are sewn on the track. It is just bead and string. That's it. No messy glue or tape involved. If you want to remove your extensions, the removal is 30 seconds. I remove the bead and string and that is it. I can store your extensions for future use. Once I remove them, I can give you a fresh wash, haircut, and style.

Yes and no. Real Talk. You can wash your hair every day. But the golden rule is no, NEVER go to bed with your hair wet. SO if you want to wash and dry your hair every day, Go for it. It is natural hair, so this is allowed.

In some cases, if you're asking for a huge transformation and all this hair, I can't deny that it would not take long to dry or style that. BUT girl. Hair extensions hold onto a style very long, so your curls will last FOR DAYS. Because of this, most of my extension clients have been able to reduce the number of times they wash and style their hair per week. Your morning routine will be a breeze when you only have to touch up a few hairpieces.

Now you are probably wondering why you can't go to bed with your hair wet. If you go to bed with wet extensions, the extension hair expands and can be prone to matting, shedding, and tangling. Avoid all of this by making sure your hair is nice and dry before bed. :)

As often as you like. However- It is real hair, but it is no longer alive. You need to give it as much TLC, if not more, as you would to your hair. With any heat styling, you must use a heat protectant. I can't guarantee that your hair extensions will last six-plus months if you heat style them every day. Think about what would happen if you styled your hair every single day... same with your hair extensions.

Yes, I use 100% human hair. I work with three trusted companies and use Indian Remy, Asian, and Slavic hair. You can cut, style, and color the hair just as you would with your own hair.

I can totally understand if all this hair lingo momojumbo is confusing! Let me break it down for you..

A Row- you can have 1-3.5 "rows" which is where all the hair will be. I will create a seamless track using your hair extension wefts with string and aluminum beads that are nickel free. This is flat against the head and is very flexible.

A Weft- think of a “curtain” of the most beautiful hair available in today’s huge hair extension market.

Stitching- the weft is attached to your row by sewing it directly to the string being held in place by the beads.

Yes, you can use conditioner without worrying that it will loosen your hair extensions.

Yes, you can, sister! I will give you all the aftercare instructions so you always know how to take great care of your hair investment! I suggest wearing it in a loose braid or ponytail and brushing with a wet brush. Also, I recommend using a leave-in conditioner every time you get out of the water.

Yes! You can work out, be active, and live your life! When you are working out, you can wear your hair up in a ponytail and use dry shampoo.

The hair can last you up to 6 months with proper care. I recommend replacing a piece or two every few visits to keep your hair looking fabulous at all times!

It’s real hair but no longer alive. Treat it as you would with your own hair. Give it TLC. Be sure to moisturize and ALWAYS use a heat protectant. If you are going to jump in the pool, presoak your hair, either put it in a braid or tighter bun, and lastly, remember to detangle & rinse after the pool.

It honestly depends since it is such a customizable service! It depends on what we specifically choose to do for you! Generally, you can expect to add one row for the fullness. Two rows give fullness and a few inches of length. Three rows are for anyone with extremely blunt or thick hair looking to add a lot of length.

Pricing varies on the length of wefts and the number of rows installed. New installations include the cost of coloring and cutting your own hair and the hand-tied wefts.
